Sarah is Home in VT!

Sarah is home in VT. After she and Aunt Linda checked out of their hotel in Boston and were ready to come home, they found out that Katie wouldn't be able to leave today. She's doing well and is stable, but may have to travel home by ambulance for insurance reasons - basically because she's stable, it's not considered necessary to fly her - even though another baby has to be picked up at Fletcher Allen, and they have to fly over anyway. All should be sorted out tomorrow, and she should be home!

But poor Sarah sounded so heartbroken to leave her for the night. What an amazing mom (and dad for sticking out these last few days alone and spending every waking moment with Nicholas and Anna). We know where these kids get their strength!

And Aunt Linda was so sad to leave Katie too, since grandparents can't visit Fletcher Allen, and she may not be able to see her for another few months. We'll pray that we can all see them soon!

Love,
Gretch

hang in there Sarah and Louie. I can't imagine how it feels to leave your little girl, but she is strong and will be back in your arms shortly. Keep smiling, and know we are all here in this little town praying for you all the time.
